Repairs and Service

Can liquid damage be fixed?

We do repair liquid-damaged devices depending on the severity. We recommend that you do not try to charge it. Instead, bring it in straight away to get assessed by our technician. Please note that there is a risk of failure and an increased risk of further problems over time in some cases that will not be covered by warranty. 

Will I still have my warranty intact? 

Any repairs not done by the manufacturer may void your warranty. However, we offer up to 90 days limited warranty, which does not include physical user damage or liquid-damaged phones. Make sure you check everything before you leave the store as we are not responsible for further damage once the phone has left our premises. We may offer further discounts on the next repair job. 

Will my data be lost after repair? 

We recommend you back up your data regularly or, if possible, before you come in for the repair. We make every effort to keep your data safe and, 99 percent of the time - this is the case. However, for more complicated matters, our standard practice is to take utmost care to ensure all repairs are carried out with data retention in mind. 

Are the parts used good quality? 

We offer our customers the option of OEM specification parts. We also use high-quality Grade A aftermarket parts. 

How long will my repair take? 

Screen repairs are done on the spot. More complicated repairs may take longer depending on the severity of the damage. Our technicians will provide an estimated time and we recommend you give us a call to confirm your device is ready. 

Will I get charged if the phone is not repaired? 

If we were unable to fix it, we do not charge for assessing the phone. If any parts were used, you may be charged for the parts. Note that water-damaged phones continue to deteriorate until the phone is fixed. Your phone may not be in the same condition as when it arrived at our repair centre. 

How safe is my personal data?

We are a professional mobile phone repair centre and have years of experience in the industry. We do not copy any of the data unless it is for a data transfer. Data is cleared at COB on the day of transfer. 

Can I post my phone to you for repair?

Yes. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may have occurred in transit.

How do I place an order?

1. Browse through the product range and add items to the shopping cart
2. View cart, ensure your items are correct and proceed to check out
3. If you are a new user, fill in your name and billing/delivery details and feel free to register as a member for free.
4. Choose your payment option and place your order
5. You will receive email notifications of your order placement and progress

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal. It is a user-friendly, highly secure and extremely efficient payment method. 

How much does the shipping cost?

We provide FREE shipping on all items.

How long does it take for delivery?

ETA (Estimated Time Arrival) for delivery is about 3-5 working days.

Which courier do you use?

We use Australia Post Regular Mail.

Where can I track my order?

If your item/s have been dispatched, we will provide your tracking number via email.

When will you ship out my order?

Most of the items will be sent out the next business day after we have confirmed your payment. You will be notified via an email with a unique tracking number and delivery details.
